That will probably begin to change tomorrow. Should start feeling the effects of the treatment! Ugg! But I’m so thankful for this past week of feeling so good and having a much easier time with eating. Even enjoyed eating sometimes. Hoping that continues.
So I just had a call from Dr. Rowland’s office. My appointments for the CT scan and labs are set for March 28. And visit with Dr Rowland will be April 1. At that appointment she will let us know if it is time for surgery or more chemo. I have complete confidence in her and her decision. Mostly I have confidence that God is ultimately in control. Praise the Lord.
Seems like a good time to say how awesome St. Lukes has been for us. It is an amazing place with amazing staff. Dr. Rowland and her staff have treated us like gold!! The promptness and kindness is above and beyond.
In the past 8 weeks we have been seen and treated in many, many departments at St. Lukes (East, Blue Springs and the Plaza) hospital’s. And cannot say a single negative thing. It’s amazing!!
So we are so thankful for every single person!! They mean so much when going strange and rough and even exciting times!! Like yesterday with the low counts news.. they were excited with us.. just family!!
